Our system is integrated with Midtrans payment gateway and this allows students to purchase a ticket through different channels. Simply go to the event’ page, and select the type of ticket that you want to buy.

After reading about the workshop's details, you can select the amount of tickets that you want to buy.

When you click on the checkout button, you’ll be redirected to the payment' details page. You can choose the payment channel that suits you better.

After payment, you will receive an email which contains your ticket and invoice.

There are 2 ways:

1. If you did not make an account with Ayoloka, your ticket will be emailed to you along with the invoice.
The ticket has QR code for faster and secure verification.

2. If you make an account with Ayoloka, you can also view your ticket by logging in into our system.
Obviously, you will still receive the ticket and invoice in your email.

Can I cancel tickets that I have purchased ?

Kredivo is an instant credit solution that gives you the convenience to buy now and pay later in 30 days without interest or with installments of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months (2.95% interest per month).

Cancellation of a transaction is not permitted for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the transaction date

For Instructors

If your workshop is free, we don't charge any fee.

We only charge our fee for every ticket sold.

In this case, we don’t charge you anything and you still free marketing in our website.

This is highly discouraged since it will affect your credibility as instructor.

We will charge you 3% fee of the total tickets sold through our platform.

This fee is necessary to process the refund to the students who have bought tickets.

Sure. Email us your materials and we will help you to advertise on our instagram account for free.

Payment will be transferred to your bank account 3-4 working days after the day of your workshop.
This rule protects the students, in case there is cancellation of your workshop. We will refund all students.

We are legally incorporated as Perseroan Terbatas (PT), and we have physical location and office.
If you receive payment directly from students, there may be cases of impostor / scam.For example, an impostor can pretend to be student and try to trick you by claiming that he transferred too much money.
And he is asking you to transfer back some of it. We eliminate this risk and scam.
